Enhance Custom Views to Override Status Filters and Support Multi-Status Filtering

Users need the ability to create custom views where filters can override the main inbox status filters (Open/Snoozed/Closed).

This would allow for views that display tickets across multiple statuses simultaneously, such as 'Open' and 'Snoozed' tickets in a single view, similar to the functionality found in HubSpot's helpdesk.
