Email & chat message processing Workflows

My use-case involves capturing the full content of messages (from both chatbot conversations and emails), parsing the input data to extract links and context, running these through manual and AI checks, and then sending out a response based on these checks.

I need to confirm if Fibi Actions can support this multi-step workflow, especially with email content, or if there is a better way to achieve this within Featurebase.
