Fibi incorrectly triggers on customer replies to admin-initiated emails

The "When customer sends their first message" workflow trigger fires when customers reply to admin-initiated emails, treating the reply as a new conversation

Steps:

Admin sends email → Customer replies → Fibi responds (shouldn't happen)

Expected:

Fibi should only respond when customers initiate new email threads or otherwise configured via Workflows
