Filtering in Users module & more sorting options

General

It would be helpful to use filters in the users module (just like in the feedback and support modules) to find the right users.

Some example filters include:

  • Users vs Leads

  • Tags

  • Emails

  • Names

  • Segments (already can)

  • Country

  • User ID

  • First Seen, Signed up, Last seen

  • Custom synced data (e.g. subscription status, plan, etc.)

    Allow searching end-users by userId in Dashboard Users

    Add support for finding end-users in Dashboard → Users by their custom userId.

    The current Users module search only matches fields like name, email, company, etc - so admins cannot reliably locate users when they only have the external user ID.
