Currently the Help Center privacy settings can be changed via individual articles.However to set the baseline of access - either fully public (unauthenticated visitors) or all authenticated users - is currently not feasible.<h3>Proposal</h3>Add a Help Center global setting for baseline access with options like <code>Everyone</code><code>Authenticated Users</code><code>Team members</code>
