When Fibi commences a handover to an agent it would improve the conversation list readability if an icon indicates - either:
if the conversation is in automated mode
if conversation is requesting an agent/human
Handover has been completed and it is fully in manual mode - aka customer support rep. is the only one providing input for the customer
