[Handover-requested-icon] To represent handover & make it more understandable that an agent is needed

When Fibi commences a handover to an agent it would improve the conversation list readability if an icon indicates - either:

  • if the conversation is in automated mode

  • if conversation is requesting an agent/human

  • Handover has been completed and it is fully in manual mode - aka customer support rep. is the only one providing input for the customer
