Help Center: Allow collection's description to be an article

Hello, Currently, collection’s description can be some text.

However, I’d like it to be an article.

This will be helpful, when needing to add some small information or a warning.

Currently, I’ll use the first article in the collection to display the required small information.

    This is a really important feature. Currently, I can’t frame the semantics of sub-collections within a collection. This is an important function.

    Here’s my reasoning: products are deep, multi-featured, and complex. It is important to closely associate related content, so articles about a feature need to appear together. But currently, we don’t have a good way to differentiate the meaning of sub-collections inside an enclosing collection.

    This is important to good UX: it offers help that is actually helpful. But increasingly, it is vital to successful AI, as collections articulate semantics onto content.


    We need something like @Mustafa Jafar suggests here. We need to be able to orientate the user to the meaning of a sub-collections, add in warning or framing information, and present alternatives to the user as they try to find the support they need.

    Having some of the article composition features available within collections is key.
