When Help Center SSO is enabled, starting at a non-localized URL (e.g., portal.123datei.com/help) authenticates once, but the subsequent auto-redirect to a localized route (e.g., /de/help) drops the session.
This causes the SSO gate to re-prompt, effectively requiring users to click the log in button.
Starting directly on a localized path (e.g., /de/help) does not reproduce the issue.
Workaround is to include the locale in the initial URL.
