Help centre : capabilities

Hello Feature base team,
We would like, when creating a help centre article, to :
- Add in-line images (like icons to illustrate where to click, etc..)
- change the size of font for each elements
- Customize the images size

Moreover, would be great to be collaborative :
- Knowing who is updating the page in real-time and having those changes display without refreshing the page
- having the possibility to add internal comments on paragraphs, elements in the article…

We just started to use the tool so there might be some features that already exist !
