Helpdesk Articles showing in Draft and Published at the same time

Our helpdesk articles show as draft but also as published at the same time.

If I publish the drafts they stay stuck in the drafts section it seems.

When the same article is displayed as draft and published, it is really difficult to differentiate/filter - which ones are only live and which ones only draft.
