HubSpot sync for Featurebase Tickets

We require a bi-directional - or at minimum outbound - sync of Featurebase support tickets and their associated data into HubSpot. Without this, we cannot ensure the cross-departmental visibility our operations depend on.

HubSpot is our central system of record and is used across multiple departments beyond Support - including Customer Success, Sales, and Finance. When our support team handles a case in Featurebase, it is critical that this activity is visible in HubSpot so that colleagues in other departments have full context on customer interactions before engaging with them.
