Images not retrievable via API

I am experiencing an issue when trying to retrieve images from knowledge base articles via the API.

The URLs of images stored in AWS are invalid when retrieved, making them inaccessible.

    The image URLs from our API are temporary and designed to expire after 30 minutes for security reasons.

    This is intended behavior and not a bug.

    If you need to access the images for a longer period, you'll need to fetch them again with a new API call to get a fresh URL or cache the images from your own side.
