Improve at-mention links in help-centre

Currently if I am using an at-mention to link to another article in help centre, the results only show 4 options from each type- it’s often not enough to find the article I’m looking for. Could it get maybe 10-15 options and allow scroll?

Alternatively, could it allow browsing through collections down to articles to select?

Also when I’ve picked an article in an at-mention, it would be great if it opened an optional secondary panel where you could select a heading to deep-link to and add a # fragment to the end of the link?
