In-App Onboarding Checklist

I would like to suggest a feature that allows us to create and display a list of steps that customers must complete during the onboarding process directly within our application.

The feature could include:

• Creating and organizing onboarding steps;

• Adding a title, description, and link or action to each step;

• Automatically marking steps as completed or allowing customers to mark them manually;

• Displaying overall progress, such as “3 of 5 steps completed”;

• Defining required and optional steps;

• Customizing the checklist based on the customer’s profile or subscription plan;

• Tracking the onboarding progress of each user or company through an administrative dashboard;

• Embedding the checklist into our application through an SDK, widget, or API.

This feature would help guide new customers, reduce questions during implementation, and increase onboarding completion rates.
