Attempting to import their Intercom Help Center via the “Import from other apps” migration flow.
After entering the public Intercom Knowledgebase URL, the UI shows a loading spinner indefinitely and never starts or completes the import, even when the Featurebase Help Center is blank.
No error message is shown, suggesting the Intercom crawler/importer is failing silently or not starting properly.
