Internal Follow-up Reminders without pausing SLA

I want to be able to set a reminder on a ticket/conversation that is in the "Open" or "In Progress" state without snoozing it. This is important because snoozing pauses the SLA, but for internal tasks, we need the SLA to keep running while still getting a notification to follow up at a specific time.
