Justification not applying to newly added text in helpdesk articles

When writing helpdesk articles, if a user selects all existing text and applies the "Justify" option, any new text subsequently added (either by typing or copy/pasting) does not inherit the justification and is not justified. The user has to reselect all text, including the new additions, and re-apply the justify option to achieve the desired formatting.
