Knowledge Base Display Issues: Truncated Titles and Missing Selected Title

I am experiencing two significant display issues within the knowledge base that are impacting our customers' ability to use it effectively. Firstly, our customers cannot see the full title of articles, which makes it difficult for them to understand the content. Secondly, the selected title is not displayed in the central column, which is confusing and hinders navigation.
