I understand how spammy upvotes can skew the perception of feature demand. Unfortunately, we don't have a direct fix for limiting the number of upvotes per email domain at this time.
I've taken note of your suggestion, made a feature request for this, and added you as an upvoter so you will receive a notification when progress is made on this feature.
