Macro Search: Prioritize names over content & reduce clicks

I want macro search to prioritize macro names over content. Currently, searching for a keyword (e.g., 'refund') returns many irrelevant macros that just have the keyword in their content, making it hard to find the macro actually named 'refund-done'. Prioritizing names would make the search much more efficient. Additionally, it would be great to search macros directly in the initial search box to avoid the extra click currently required in the new macro update.
