Make Help Center AI assistant a chat

The current Help Center Ask AI is good, but has some core limitations:

  • Can’t ask follow-up questions - All LLMs act as chatbots that you can ask follow-up questions to. Currently, the AI search is quick but inflexible for that.

  • Can’t connect to human - it would be great to have a seamless way to connect with the team in the support chat when a customer didn’t find their answer. (e.g., if AI couldn’t answer the questions, there’s a “talk to team” button.
