Manually create users

In addition to importing users via CSV, it should also be possible to manually create users one-by-one if needed by inserting their:

• Name

• Email AND/OR unique ID

NB! It should be possible to add users without an email address, in which case the USER ID will serve as the unique identifier.

If you add only email, the unique ID should be created automatically.
