Manually trigger bot to answer questions in a human conversation

As a human agent, I would like to be able to manually call the bot to answer a user's question within a conversation that has already been routed to me. This would be useful when a user asks a new question that the bot is equipped to handle, allowing me to save time and focus on more complex issues.
