Messenger and help center articles UI not matching | Match messenger and help center UI display

The help center and messenger do not display feature elements with the same UI display from the same article. This is specifically ugly when you’re in dark mode and your entire brand is dark mode.

You can see that while the background is identical these YAML display elements are far from rendering the same. On the left you can read it just fine but on the right you can hardly read it.
