Mermaid Diagram Support

It would be useful if we could utilize mermaid diagrams in help center articles (and all other modules too!). Mermaid enables users to create dynamic scalable diagrams based on text. See Creating diagrams - GitHub Docs.

Tools like Github support Mermaid natively and it is open source. It is very easy to implement and an easy win.

Mermaid diagrams have the added benefit of being machine readable, giving additional context to AI algorithms to provide better answers.
