When a user has a conversation open in the support messenger, new messages from the agent don’t appear in the thread in real time.
The user only sees an unread indicator (purple dot + bold preview) in the conversation list after minimizing.
Once they minimize to the list and re-open the same conversation, the missing messages become visible.
