Messenger widget configuration based on user segments (e.g., Users vs. Organizations) - Home Cards based on segments

Currently, Featurebase allows customization of Messenger and other in-app widgets, but it is not possible to configure different widget experiences for different user segments.

For example, in our case we have two customer types:

• Organizations → Should access full widget functionality (Messages, Changelog, Help, etc.)

• Individuals → Should only see limited functionality (Messages only)

We’ve already created user tags/segments (e.g., Individuals and Organizations), but the Messenger widget does not yet support segment-based configuration to show/hide features, modules / tabs based on these properties.
