More Workflow triggers

Workflows should support the following triggers:

  • When customer visits a page (exists)

  • When customer opens a new conversation in the Messenger (exists)

  • When customer clicks a website element

  • When customer sends their first message

  • When customer sends any message

  • When teammate sends any message

  • If teammates changes the conversation state

  • If teammates changes the conversation team assignment

  • If customer has been unresponsive

  • If teammate has been unresponsive

  • When teammate adds a note
