Movable messenger widget for end users

Add the ability for end-users to drag and reposition the chat widget anywhere on the screen (similar to HubSpot’s chat). The default position can still be configured in settings (e.g. bottom-right), but once open, the user should be able to click and move the widget so it doesn’t block critical UI elements.
