[Multi-Party Conversations] Automated Synchronization for Linked Customer and Provider Conversations

I would like to manage multi-party support conversations more efficiently.

Ideally, this would involve a single thread or ticket that encompasses both the end-user and external provider interactions.

If a single thread isn't possible, I need the ability to link provider conversations to end-user conversations and have the system automatically evaluate updates in one to determine if the other should be updated.

For instance, if an external provider resolves an issue, I would like this to automatically trigger an update or action in the linked end-user conversation, such as reopening it or relaying the resolution.
