Option to display only live chat conversations in the chat widget and send email threads exclusively to the user's email inbox

Users are currently seeing both live chat conversations and email threads within the same chat space in the Featurebase chat widget, which is causing significant confusion and increasing support workload.

The request is to implement a configuration option that allows users to see only live chat conversations in the chat widget, while all email threads are sent exclusively to their email inbox and do not appear in the chat interface.

This is critical for our operation to reduce user confusion and streamline support.
