Option to force email notifications regardless of active session

I want an option to receive email notifications for new conversations even if I have an active session or a Featurebase tab open. Currently, emails are suppressed if the system thinks I'm active, but I'm often away from my laptop or on a different tab and miss important messages. Getting emails regardless of activity would ensure I don't miss anything.
