Password manager autofill causes page reload on mobile app

When using a password manager (like Bitwarden) to autofill credentials on the email login screen of the Featurebase mobile app, the page reloads back to the initial sign-in options. This makes it impossible to use autofill, forcing users to manually copy and paste credentials. Reported by Umar Khan (SocialBu).
