Programmatical triggers & events for workflows

When trying to implement the Messenger widget and there’s a highlight functionality within your platform - allow customer support to trigger custom events / workflows.

Example:

When user is contacting customer support via your platform, they can trigger custom events like event: “highlight“, value: “settings-button“

This way customer support can interactively participate with assisting the user find stuff within the application.
