Push messages from inbox as private comments on behalf of users to feature requests

Pretty often, users can describe their use case in Messenger about an existing feature request, and it would be awesome if I had 3 dots that I could click to add a sepecific message as a private comment to a post on behalf of the customer.

Also, upvoting users via inbox to feature requests should enable adding private comments with it, similarly to the Zendesk and Hubspot integrations.

    This is now supported. You can click the ‘Track as post’ button on any message. Our AI will see if there are any existing posts already on that topic.

    • If there are, it will create a private comment on behalf of the user on that post.

    • If not, it will create a new post with that message content
