Quick toggle internal note in the inbox composer
Internal notes are some of the most used actions in the support inbox. Currently, you have to click multiple times to end up with the note, creating an extra step.
It would be much better to make it a quick toggle
Make it toggleable with 1 click
Make it toggleable with a
NandRkeyboard shortcuts
with this icon instead of the dropdown:
- Post type
- 💡 New feature
- What part of Help Desk?
