Register activity when the conversation was seen

When the conversation has first been seen by someone from the support personnel,

it would be an appreciated activity to be registered (as notification will be sent out, when no-one has seen it).

It would assist in troubleshooting and tracking the flow of the support procedures.

Event could be registered (based on the example image) as:

Conversation was first seen by Erik
