Release deleted subdomain 'kitbees' for reuse

I deleted my previous organization that used the 'kitbees' subdomain, but now I can't use it for my new workspace. The system says it's already taken. I'd like to have 'kitbees' released so I can apply it to my current organization.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Unfortunately, the subdomain 'kitbees' is already taken by another organization, hence we can't release it.

    However, you can attach your own custom domain to your new organization.

    This would make the Featurebase subdomain irrelevant, and you can use any alternative option for it.

      Hi @Erik Kaljumäe It’s my organization but for another email - I tried to delete that org but it didn’t happen, today I changed the name of organization from “kitbees” to “kitbeesabcs” on my old account, hoping it’ll help me rename the organization for my relevant account but still no changes. Please suggest.

        Could you try changing the organization name to "kitbees" again?

        That should be released and available now.
