This is very essential!! Most of the help articles these days are rarely all text, it always has some video attached. For example, we use loom videos as it helps users in guiding what exactly to do. Text articles are good for generating context but videos is where the actual help lies these days. Users love articles with videos!! There are two asks here:
When a video is embedded in a help article, fetch the transcript and use it to surface better answers, probably more important
If the answer generated is using transcript, give that video in the output of the chat
