You can now see the pages a user or lead recently visited while chatting with them in the Inbox, among some extra data that we started tracking automatically (e.g. browser version, OS, etc.)

+1 - we have multiple products, and even being able to guide the Fibi AI to only respond with context aware documentation would be suuuuper useful.

Especially if someone is reporting a bug, this reduces the back and forth to get context.
