Set Conversation attributes (CvDAs) with macros

Enable associating macros with certain CvDAs, so that when you use a macro, it automatically populated the CvDA of that conversation.

For example, if a conversation is being escalated due to an error, your escalation macro could set the conversation type to "Bug report"
