Setting to enable Messenger for Portal pages (Help Center, Feedback, Roadmap, etc)

There should be a setting in the Messenger settings that allows you to choose on which Featurebase pages the Messenger is being show:

  • Help Center

  • Feedback Portal

  • Roadmap

  • Changelog

    Hey! This can now be customized from Settings → Support → Messenger → Customizations from the “Show the Messenger Launcher” configuration:

    For whatever reason the help center chat widget does not properly recognize the logged in user. Then if the logged in user tries ties to chat with it it does not know who they are.

    Absolutely; We do not want the messenger, only the email redirect option - should be able to disable the entire popup thing in the corner.
