Show preview and allow removing attachments/images/files via Messenger widget - not sending them immediately

Currently, screenshots and attached files are sent immediately without providing an option to include a message/description or remove the contents if they’ve been selected by mistake.

This also prevents adding additional context with the file or image - needing additional message for it.

This can currently cause confusion & stress as the messages can’t be retracted by contacting customers - due to them being immediately sent.
