<ul><li>Right now it’s very difficult to understand that the anonymous user with auto-generated name is not your own user</li><li>There should be a similar field in the side menu that shows “user type”</li><li>This always helped me confirm whether i’m talking to a lead or our user - even if they had a name and email</li></ul>
