Sound Notifications Not Working for Support Inbox Messages

I am experiencing an issue where I receive sound notifications when a bot answers me, but I do not receive any sound notifications when I receive a new message in my support inbox.

I am using Chrome, and sound is allowed for Featurebase in my browser settings.
