Summarize conversation 'Recent conversations' topics

In the support inbox ‘Recent conversations’ tab, show short summaries of the conversations, instead of the last messages. (e.g. Refund request for faulty payment)

This would give a better clue of what conversation to check for when referencing back. Last message doesn’t tell anything useful 99% of the time.
