Support Access Control at the Collection Level

Currently, access control for articles is set at the individual article level.

it would be good to have the option to define access permissions for entire collections instead.

This would make it easier to manage permissions when you’re grouping articles by collection, and feels like a more intuitive approach for organizing and controlling access.
