Don't delete existing text with macros / Support adding multiple macros

Macros shouldn’t delete your existing text in the reply box. They should add to it.

This would also make it possible to add multiple macros after each other. Currently, trying to add another macro deletes the first one.

    This should be fixed now. You can now add multiple macros without them overriding each other.

    We are looking to transition from Zendesk to Featurebase, but losing our text anytime we go to add a macro and the inability to add multiple macro texts to an area in the support platform really hinders our standard workflow.
