Support emails defaulting to noreply address despite configuration

I am experiencing an issue where my support emails are being sent from noreply email, even though I have configured support email in my settings.

This issue started recently, and emails previously sent from support email.

I have checked module and brand configurations, ensuring both addresses are set to 'No brand' and that noreply email does not have the Support module enabled.

This is critical as it may lead to lost customer responses.

I have temporarily removed the noreply sending address as a workaround.
