Support for Original Sender Attribution in Forwarded Incoming Emails
When support emails are forwarded through a system, the original sender's identity is lost, and the emails appear to be from the forwarding address (e.g., support@ynput.io). This request is to enhance Featurebase's email processing to correctly identify and attribute incoming support emails to their original sender by utilizing metadata such as Reply-To or X-Original-Sender headers, rather than solely relying on the Sender metadata from the forwarding system.
